It all begins when the first butterfly was seen flying inthe Sanctuary.
Ever since then, the flying never ends. Sprawled over an 11 arce jungle
site, the Malacca Butterfly and Reptile Sanctuary was first opened to
the public on the 1st February 1991. Launched by the Chief Minister of
Malacca, the Sanctuary known only then as The Butterfly Park Malacca
